Need help with my first BSOD

Thread Starter
Just happened out of random. I was surfing the web and then bam, I get a BSOD. I've had this PC for a year and never gotten one before.

Anyway, this is what it looks like. Anyone know what this is for?

Edit: I haven't overclocked anything recently. 5 months ago I OC'd my GPU to 970/1150 on stock voltage and I have played loads of games since then so you would think if that was the problem that it would have shown by now. My CPU is also at stock clocks.

This has happened to be before as well. No issues for months on end, and then a random BSOD. From what I have gathered it is just a glitch while running multiple things in tandem mixed with the perfect storm of code. If it doesnt happen again in a timely manner you should be fine.

its erroneous to think like this, you should consider any thing you overclocked as the whole or part of the problem...first thing is first, always return to stock clocks for any of the OC'ed devices. (not saying this is the problem, just to rule out the problem)

next you should check the dmp file(there are plenty of programs out there to help you with this.), to determine what caused the bsod. either go from there, or post the results from the dmp file.
