MSI P67A-G43 cold boot issue

My new build has been working great, solid as a rock. The only weird thing is sometimes after being powered off for a while, when I power it back on it will come on for about 4 seconds or so then power off, then come back on and boot normally.

I'm just wondering if there's anyone else out there that has this weird issue with their MSI mobo? Would a bios update fix this?

I have the GD65, and I get a boot loop where it will show the Marvell BIOS, and then a few seconds later I'm back to NO DISPLAY.

It only happens sometimes, and I've learned to live with it by just hard shutting it down, hitting the switch on the PSU and pressing the power switch on the case to drain it, then wait a few seconds and turn everything back on. Usually works, but to make sure, I go in the BIOS on first boot, and just F10 and exit back out.

Sounds like a lot, but it only adds a minute or so.

Hmmm, okay well it doesn't really bother me too much but I just thought maybe someone else had had the issue and an updated bios or something fixed it.
