ADATA S599 3.4.6 Firmware: Where'd It Go?

Thread Starter
So I recently acquired an ADATA S599 64GB SSD and it came with the 3.1.0 firmware. I went to look on ADATA's website and all they had was the firmware loader. So I looked around the web and I found that they had released up to 3.4.6 firmware for the SSD. But everyone links it back to the ADATA website which has been apparently taken down. Anyone know why it was taken down? And where can I get it? confused.gif

It's been a while since I updated the firmware on mine, but I think that there is no need to DL the firmware itself, and that you just need to allow the firmware upgrade tool to run.

EDIT: I just downloaded the Firmware Update Tool and the .pkg file is included with it.

I ran it but I need the actual .pkg firmware update.

I downloaded it today and it worked fine. You have to unzip the file first. Right click on ssdupdate, must run as administrator or it will not find the drive. After it finds the drive you have to click on the box with the three dots and find the file on your computer that has the 3.4.6.pkg file. After it asks to backup it should take it from there. I had to do a hard boot after that, I got a weird grub error..Windows started and then I was prompted to restart again. I ran the updater again to check firmware version and it now says 3.4.6. Good luck
