This is a weird question but trying to figure out if I fudged my motherboard. Long story short, my cooling loop was acting really fruity and debris got stuck in the flow meter (spinning fan in reservoir)... I took the whole thing down while working properly, cleaned it up and tons of new issues but anyways... The main one I'm worried about, the computer doesn't boot. Instead it powers up, the fans go crazy and stay on 100% except for the fan I have connected to the CPU fan channel. The mem ok light stays on and stays red. Some times if i press and hold the power button for the motherboard it powers off, some times not. Also, some times during shut down it sounds like there is a bit of a power surge that comes through the speakers, with a mildly loud squelching noise. The speakers would make that noise when resetting the CMOS in the past as well.

The fan itself is fine, and works in any other channel... I'm curious to know if the power input for the CPU is also the power for the CPU fan...
