EVGA 4 way sli, i7-930, 6GB RAM

Wondering what people think I can get for these 3 components from my system, maybe my case too. Going to college soon and I just don't want to deal with the XL-ATX system.

i7-930 stock voltage is 1.094V and it will do 3.4GHz at that voltage. Never bumped the voltage at all.

Motherboard is great, no problems with it plenty of space but I'm looking to downsize. 7 pciex16 slots and can run x16/x16/x16/x16 if you are so inclined.

RAM is good, no problems with it, running it at 1600MHz with stock timings.

Planning on selling/trading for a micro-atx lga 1155 system in a smaller case.

Slight clarification: can that board cannot run that many PCI-E devices at X16. I think the limit is two at full X16. Then X16/X8 followed by four at X8. I could be mistaken?

Anyways $150 for the CPU

$35 for the RAM

$200 for the mobo. (my best guess based off original retail)

It has at least 1 maybe 2 nf200 chips which allow it to run more slots at full x16. That's really the main benefit of the board.
