First pic is front panel connectors which go on the corresponding pins on the mobo. The manual that came with the mobo will show you exactly where to connect them. 2nd are molex fan connectors which should hook up to your PSU. Sometimes your PSU will come with adapters like 4 pin to molex which you'll use to hook those up.

Exactly. Look through your MoBo's manual and it will show you exactly where on the board to connect them. They will likely all be on the same grid of pins as each other and it will be labeled (PWRSW, PWR_LED, HDD_LED or something along those lines). As for the other connectors, they connect to the 4-pin connectors from your PSU. If you have a modular power supply you need to make sure that you have the 4-pin power outlets plugged in.

Also, you might want to put the CPU fan on the other side of the heatsink. From the picture it looks like its facing the rear exhaust fan which means it's going to be fighting for good air that the rear exhaust fan is pulling out.

Yes white is negative.

Regarding the cables, they all go here : I think you need only JFP1, except the buzzer/speaker plugs into JFP2.
(Taken from manual)

Hope this helps. Congrats for your first build !

Exactly what above poster just said. Pulled up your manual and from the angle your picture is taken the JFP1 is on the bottom right if you're looking straight at the MoBo. Attach the power switch and power LED to the pins labeled in the diagram on the left side and the HDD LED and reset switch on the right side.

Regarding the second pics just plug these molex directly onto the PSU. (as said above )

Alright I could've rotated the pic...

Also, if you look very closely at the pins that adridu59 pointed out. They are probably labeled in tiny white letters as to which pins are for what, not all are, but most are.

Usually, yes. But apparently on this board they are not. They are labeled by a code which must then be referenced in the manual.
