Ok, quick question...

I let a friend try BL2 on my pc the other day, and when I logged in today, I discovered that he had somehow dropped my (comparatively) awesome Torgue shotgun for a Bandit rocket launcher frown.gif

I'd really like to get that back; it was something like 253x16, 3-rounds-per-shot, bonus explosive damage, reasonably accurate, relatively fast reload... Every shotgun I have found since is basically crap, and a painful reminder of what was lost...

1) Can I edit a different shotgun to replicate that shotgun? Would that junk up the game for me in any way (no online, or anything like that?) What if I am using Steam's whatever, cloud thing? Can those savegames be edited?

I'm not sure if my new card is whack or if I'd just be better off using an older release.

I installed the beta I don't recall flickering, but it did seem to run better with the latest stable (can't remember which version it was) I am probably going to revert. Seemed like it had more slow down with the new drivers.

Having some unusual issues with Borderlands 2. I get the same frame rates running single GPU and SLI. When SLI is enabled the GPU usage never goes above 70% usage. I average 120-200 fps but occasionally did down into the 50-70fps range. I also get a lot of micro stuttering and screen tearing. With vsync on the tearing is removed but the micro stuttering is still there, as are the dips below 60 fps. If I run the game in single GPU mode and set PhysX to the second card, I get the same frame rate as SLI but the GPU usage is much higher around 90%. The micro stutter is gone but the frame rate dips are still there. This is really getting old as I have not been able to fix this, no matter what settings I change nothing seems to help. I feel like SLI 680's should NEVER drop below 60 fps in this game.

Perhaps that's what I'm experiencing as well (microstutter), what drivers are you on?
I'm using 314.07s right now and it just doesn't feel smooth - even with PhysX on low - so something is definitely off...

Latest stable release is what I'm using (314.07s) so maybe 310s?

Details about upcoming content to BL2 has been released at PAX East!

TLDR for those too lazy Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
- New DLC character is Krieg (a psycho) and is NOT part of the season pass. You have to pay $9.99 to get him.
- Level cap will be increased by 11 to level 61 and free for season pass owners. If you didn't buy a season pass, you need to cough up $5
- Level cap increase is NOT the final DLC content promised to season pass owners, meaning we get another one for free
- Pearlescent tier of weapons will be re-introduced back into BL2 as part of level cap update
- April 2 will bring FREE UPDATE FOR EVERYONE to introduce Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode for people tired of TVCM
