This is my 61 Siren build. I mostly play SP, so this build is tailored for massive damage over time and centered around the phaselock doing tons of damage to surrounding enemies.

I use a Double Penetrating Unkempt Harold, Corrosive Infinity, Electric Sandhawk, and Slag Norfleet. Using a fire resistant Bee, Legendary Siren Class Mod, and a +Shock Relic. I forget the grendade..but it's eletric as well.

IMO, the Sandhawk's are the best gun in the game with a full Bee shield. All projectiles get the full amp damage.

Mechromancer Build: Continuous AoE of Death!

What It Do
You run up to enemies and unload on them while your repeated AoE elemental damage destroys them. You have the versatility of going survivability or DPS, depending on which shields you choose.

Skill Tree Selection
http://www.bl2skills.com/mechromancer.html#500000000000352005150500412050151150

Explanation of Certain Skill Choices
1. Close Enough - Unless you are at point blank range, your primary weapon is not a very accurate gun. This becomes painfully so once you start building up your Anarchy stacks. What this skill does is allow missed shots to have a 50% bouncing towards an enemy and dealing 50% damage. What is also allows you to do is rain bullets from above and still hit enemies.
2. Evil Enchantress, Wires Don't Talk, Electrical Burn - These can be considered the holy trinity of your skill build. WDT buffs all electric damage, EE buffs all elemental damage after you kill someone, and EB has a 20% chance of dealing equal fire damage to however much electrical damage you did, which given this build, is an absurd amount all the time.
3. Blood Soaked Shields - This is such a great skill and really goes along way in keeping you alive. It also synergizes very well with the nova effects of your shield of choice. When maxed out, once you kill an enemy you gain back all your shield for a tiny cost of 5% your life, easily made up by activate Discord or your primary weapon and instantly fulfills the nova recharge requirement.
4. The Nth Degree - Combined with Close Enough, this makes you hugely dangerous. When maxed out, every 5th bullet that hits an enemy hits another nearby enemy, including bullets that bounce off the ground or walls due to the Close Enough skill. Considering you are always firing your primary weapon, that is a lot of bullets that can bounce off and hit another enemy!

Weapons
1. Primary Weapon - Sapping Hell (AR): This is your bread and butter. It deals a healthy dosage of electrical damage, which quickly takes down enemy shields (plus few things resist electricity in the game) and heals you for 3% of the damage you deal with it. Killing enemies while healing yourself sounds great doesn't it?
2. Secondary Weapon - Paralaxis Norfleet (Bazooka): Use this when you get downed for quick 2nd winds. It deals a ton of AoE electrical damage. An electric Badaboom or Plazma Cannon are great alternatives as well.
3. Grenade - Longbow Storm Front: This a huge AoE of auto-targeting shock damage and splits into multiple smaller child grenades that do essentially the same thing. I prefer longbow over homing personally, because you can control where you want to place it. A slag Bouncing Betty is also a good alternative to buff your damage.
4. Backup Weapon - Unkempt Herald (Pistol): Explosive weapon that does insane damage and fires at a decent clip. This weapon is great for pretty much anything you will run into in the game and is one of my favorite weapons.
5. Other Weapon - Analytical ***** (SMG): This is for Ion Loaders as they are resistant to electricity. I believe there are a few raid bosses that are as well. When you see Ion Loader, switch to this weapon and destroy them. A good alternative is a corrosive Plasma Caster or Miss Moxxi's Bad Touch.

Gear
Shield - Black Hole: This shield will be what constantly gets you up. Here is how it works; when you or your shields go down, it sucks enemies to you and releases a huge electric nova (doesn't nova when you go down though). Basically that means it keeps people around for you to kill at all times! A great alternative for this would be Flame of the Firehawk which has the highest nova DPS output in the game.
Mod - Wired Catalyst: It is so awesome how well this mod synergizes with this build. It grants a huge chunk of team elemental damage which greatly buffs your already stacked electrical damage and the plus skills all contribute towards your skills that relate to electrical damage (Wires Don't Talk, Evil Enchantress, and Shock Storm). An acceptable alternative is Speedy Jill of All Trades which buffs your AR damage and magazine as well as a few other skills that are useful.
Relic - Elemental Relic (Shock): This gives you a huge damage buff to electrical attacks, which is what your build is centered around dealing. Also keep around a Blood of the Seraph relic if you have the Hammerlock DLC to swap to when your Anarchy stacks hit over 100. A good alternative to Blood of the Seraph would be Blood of Terramorphous.

Battle Tactics
1. Get up close to enemy (Sapping Hail shoots at a unique arc)
2. Shoot enemy with Sapping Hail (this will also heal you smile.gif)
3. Build up stacks and damage buffs
4. When pressured, throw grenade and back off
5. Prematurely reload your weapon to activate Discord to heal up and deal more damage. Reload again to toggle it off.
6. Swap to survival relic if you want after hitting 100 stacks.

AoE Sources
1. Your shield of choice releases huge AoE damage
2. Whenever you reload your weapon, "Shock and Aaaugh" releases an electrical explosion
3. Whenever you kill an enemy with a critical hit, he releases AoE electrical damage.
4. Your grenade obviously does a huge amount of AoE damage

Where to Farm Loot
- Sapping Hail is the mission reward for Bandit Slaughter in Fink's Slaughterhouse
- Norfleet is farmed from Vermivorous the Invincible who TBH is a PITA to spawn and kill.
- Unkempt Herald is farmed by killing Savage Lee and can be purchased from a Torgue vending machine
- ***** is farmed from the Bunker
- Black Hole is farmed from Foreman Jasper in Opportunity (construction site)
- Blood of Seraphs can be purchased from the Seraph Vendor is Oasis. For those without the DLC, Blood of Terramorphous can be farmed from, well Terramorphous
- Elemental Relic and Wired Catalyst Mod are farmed normally AKA kill things and open chests until you find them
- Storm Front is farmed from the Splinter Group rats Bloodshot Stronghold

Wanted to share with you Siren players my Siren Troll build! Siren: Troll Build (Click to show)
Siren Build: Trolling

What it Do
You do what trolls do best! You annoy, instigate fights, harass, and generally be that guy your enemies love to hate. Oh yeah and you help keep your friends alive so they can help you continue trolling. You basically run around supper fast while turning enemies amongst themselves. To make sure you survive trolling the enemies, you are also built for max health and health regeneration as well as friendly multiplayer powers. If you prefer to play alone, you can probably forgo some skills in favor of DPS.

Skill Tree Choices
http://www.bl2skills.com/siren.html#055551050155520105002310000000

Explanation of Certain Skill Choices
1. Why Fleet? Due to a madman's concoction of shield, mod, and this skill, your build will maintain 100% Fleet uptime. This means you move super fast 24/7 and can literally outrun most enemies!
2. Whoa, so I have no shields? An unfortunate downside for having super speed, but you quickly move on. This is also really great for speed runs where you are more focused on getting to the next point than killing everything you see.
3. Why use Converge when I am wanting to make a person fight his buddies? Well, you are basically helping the guy you just mind jacked out by pulling people in near vicinity directly to him for him to attack... for you of course. Just another day at the office for a troll!

Weapons
1. Primary Weapon: Practicable Conference Call (Shotgun) - You group people together with your phaselock and people run in due to your "buddy" causing a scene for you to take off the heat. A group of enemies is just dying to be shot with a Conference Call. Why shock? Because very few things resist shock in the game and it's a quick way to take out everyone's shields. Alternative: Electric Interfacer
2. Secondary Weapon: Unkempt Harold (Pistol) - The reason for this pistol is pretty much the same reason as using the Conference Call. Your shoots spread and when you shoot it into the middle of a group of enemies, you are going to do a crap ton of damage to everyone there. Alternative: Electric Fibber
3. Grenade: Slagged Nasty Surprise - This is a longbow grenade that splits into 4 homing grenades, meaning when you throw it into a packed group of guys, everyone is going to get your awesome surprise. Once they are all slagged, guess who is waiting to clean up? Alternative: Homing Quasar
4. Primary Backup Weapon: Vengeful Infinity - You will find yourself running low on ammo in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode. What better way to make sure that you never hit empty than a gun that never runs out of bullets? Also, given that both your primary and secondary weapons are close to medium range, the Infinty can also server for farther away targets. Alternative: Corrosive Bich
5. Secondary Backup Weapon: Prudential Norfleet (Launcher) - You use this when you go down or when you feel like wetting your pants. It does a mind boggling amount of AoE damage and it slags enemies. Alternative: Slag Badaboom

Gear
Shield: Rough Rider - This shield gives you 20% damage resistance and a crap ton of life at the heavy cost of 100% shield downtime. The plus side is that this combines with Fleet to make you move super fast.
Mod: Breakneck Banshee - Ideally you want to find one as low level as possible while still offering +6 to Fleet. The reason for this is that because you are using Rough Rider for the shield, you do not benefit from any of its shield buffs. What does affect you however is the debuff to health ironically. The lower level the mod, the less health you lose. That being said, it's hard to farm a low level Breakneck Banshee mod.
Relic: Blood of Seraphs - It gives you more life and more health regeneration. Considering you have no shields, you want as much life and life regeneration as possible to survive. Alternative: Blood of Terramorphous

Battle Tactics
1. Run around riling up your enemies to make them come out
2. Group up your enemies with a well placed phaselock
3. Retreat with your superior speed and throw a grenade
4. Unload your Conference Call on anyone and everyone you see
5. Bust out your Herald when you've taken down everyone's shields

Where to Farm Loot
1. Practicable Conference Call - You farm this weapon from the Warrior
2. Unkempt Herald - You farm this weapon from Savage Lee in Three Horns
3. Slagged Nasty Surprise - You farm this grenade mod from Vermivorous the Invincible
4. Vengeful Infinity - You farm this weapon from Doc Mercy in Three Horns - Valley
5. Prudential Norfleet - You farm this weapon from Vermivorous the Invincible
6. Rough Rider - You farm this shield from the Bulwark in Hunter's Grotto (sorry non-DLC guys!)
7. Blood of Seraphs - Buy from Oasis Seraph Vendor (sorry again non-DLC guys!)
8. Breakneck Banshee - You farm this mod by killing things and opening chests, mostly the former

These are builds that I tweaked from original builds posted on the Borderlands 2 forums. I have only finished tweaking and using 2 of these builds, hence the 2 guides by me. I will post this sniper one I am working for on an assassin in a week or two. biggrin.gif

Another Mechromancer Build for you Mechro lovers!
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Mechromancer Build: Mother Nature and Bot

What It Do
You are prepared for everything. Plan on fighting loaders? Switch to corrosion! They got shields? Use electricity! Dumb fleshies in your way? Burn it all! Oh yeah, you also got a Deathtrap who lasts forever and brings a world of pain. The best part about it? It misses you so it hurries back all the time!

Explanation of Skill Points
Sharing is Caring - For those who have not yet tried this awesome skill, it is totally balling. Basically your Deathtrap gets a copy of your shield and whatever glorious effects it comes with, including any nasty AoE novas or melee buffs it comes with... wink, wink!
Explosive Clap - This skill's description does not do it justice. First of all, the damage actually hurts really freaking bad! Secondly, it knocks an enemy away, serving as an AoE interrupt. This cuts anything that is channeling to be stopped dead in its tracks!
Blood Soaked Shields - This skill will singlehandedly keep you alive for the majority of your life. With this build and its damage output, kills are going to come often and fast, typically keeping your shields nice and charged.

Weapons
Primary Weapon A: Ferocious Hail (x2) - You want one for fire and corrosion and yes it takes forever to farm... This weapon heals for a percentage of your damage and you do a lot of damage. Survivability and health regeneration should not ever be a problem for you!
Primary Weapon B: The Slagga - This weapon sets up enemies to be absolutely destroyed! It shoots 3 bullets at one time, each one with a 24% chance of slagging your enemy. Once you get a few guys slagged, switch to the Hail and unload on them. Alternatives: Slagged Good Touch
Grenade: Longbow Bouncing Bonny (x2) - Like the Hail, you want one of each elemental and alternate them depending on who you fight. Farming the Bonny is not nearly as hard as farming the Hail thankfully, since the Hail is a Mission Quest. Alternatives: Fire Bee and Pandemic
Backup Weapon A: Shock Conference Call - If they got shields, you got shock. Then it's just a question of using a corrosive or fire to finish them off. Simplicity is good! Alternatives: Shock Interfacer
Backup Weapon B: Norfleet (x2) - You want a fire and corrosive pair of Norfleets. This is your last resort when you go down and are in need of a quick insane amount of AoE damage. This launcher typically gets me up in 1 shot after I slag the enemies, exceptions being Super Badass and Ultimate Badass enemies. Alternative: Fire and Corrosive Badaboom

Gear
Shield A: Hide of Terramorphous - You use this shield when you are primarily finding against things not loaders. This is a perfect shield for your and your Deathtrap. It is a combination of fire nova, fire spike, and melee roid damage. The fire nova and spike are self-explanatory, but the melee is where it really shines! You remember how you had picked Sharing is Caring earlier? Well with this shield, it will pay dividends for your Deathtrap. When its shield is down and it usually is, it gives a huge melee damage buff to it!
Shield B: Black Hole - This is for when you are fighting against robots or shielded things. The shock nova hurts like hell and the singularity affect keeps enemies close for when you get downed and in Second Wind. I usually find myself using the Hide more for my Deathtrap's sake. Alternatives: Impaler
Relic: Bone of Ancients (x2) - This is one of the new items introduced in the level cap update and come in the typical elemental flavors. It comes with very high elemental damage buffs and cooldown reduction. This is basically the perfect mod for your build!
Mod: Legendary Mechromancer - This mod doesn't benefit as much in the Skill Tree as it does with the cooldown reduction. The combined CDR of this mod, your relic, and the skill 20% Cooler makes your Deathtrap downtime very short. The more times you can call in the Deathtrap to your aid, the better.

Battle Tactics
1. Call out Deathtrap to take the heat off you
2. If they have shields, use your Conference Call
3. Switch to Slagga 2-4 enemies near you
4. Switch to Hail and kill them while healing yourself
5. If you go down, wreck with Norfleet
