all those parts are that cheap for a reason, they're old, outdated, and don't performed to the standards of today's technology. 470's can get pretty hot so you need something to sufficiently cool it, and nothing you're looking at will even come close. when it comes down to it, it's going to cost you $60-$70, minimum, to cool your card with this gpu block
