Im in the bidness of some nouvell synchronous dynamic and im trying to keep it under 40$. This set has the same stock settings as my ballistix, but i know my tracers have microns in them so i can get them to 6-6-6-16-20 1T @ 1600, but im not sure if these will do 1333 at CL 6 or even 1400 @ CL6, will they?

What about these - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231259

I think both will do 1333 @ CL6. It is really NOT a good idea to mix RAM kits with different ICs thouh.

Those linked sticks use newer, lower voltage ICs (I suspect they are probably PSC or similar). You can't go throwing voltage at them like you can with D9s. They won't scale much past 1.75V (ish) anyway. I wouldn't match those sticks with your old ones, not just because of the voltage mis-match but the sub-timings will likely be quite different between the two as well.

You could probably make it work, but I wouldn't mix sticks that are so different. Your ballistix are high voltage designed for S775/AMD. The one's you linked are low voltage designed for the newer CPUs with a different architecture.

I have 4GB Of Corsair Dominator-GT's. After building my pc, a couple months later i realized i could get windows 7 32bit to utilize 128GB Memory. So I went back online but there where no more 4GB Dominator-GT kits to be had! Fortunately I stumbled upon A kit at Memory Express shop (Canada) and bout the last one in the store, But my original RAM is CMG4GX3M2B1600C7 and the ones I found are CMT4GX3M2A2133C9. Both kits are Dominator-GT's but with different specs... one is 1600MHZ C7 and the other is 2133 C9. My ASUS Crosshair IV sees all 8GB and 'I Think' has downclocked my New 2133 C9 sticks to the ones I already have had in there, all to 2000MHZ 6-6-6-18 T1 According to CPUz. The system is stable and runs Games with out incident, However I have not used memtest or and benching software yet.. Just wondering, Is it healthy to have two diff types of Dominators installed?

Try and match the part number on google product search... you may be able to find the same kit elsewhere but also for a decent price
And I remember when those Crucial kits were hitting $30 shipped and $20 shipped on the egg I miss those times
