IMO its a very solid pc, try get a samsung f3 if you can

Looks solid.

Newer GPU though, which your getting at Christmas.

You can always overclock your RAM, so try that and see how it goes, if it works, keep it. If not, upgrade later!

Goodluck!

EDIT - Also, if your going to OC that i5, I highly recommend you get a different cooler. Your gonna need it!

So does anyone else have any opinions on the GPU situation because I forgot to put there that I would be doing a 6950 to 6970 shader unlock?

And also since this will be my first build ever does anyone know any good video tutorials on how to build computers?

Im not sure about any videos on building but its fairly easy. Youtube should be a good place to search for a build video and if you need help, just ask here and im sure you will get it.

As for the GPU, the 6950-6970 unlock would be a great addition to that rig.

Probably wont be able to run 6950s in crossfire with the tx650. Same money and buy something cheaper such as this...

I dont think he was looking to crossfire, just swap out his current GPU for the 6950 and unlock it.
