Need help Picking MOBO for game comp

Thread Starter
I am in the process of building my gaming pc. Its been a while since I have built one. I am getting an Intel i5 2500k to overclock.

Basic info: 100% for gaming, Diablo 3, Call of Duty, SC2, Etc. I plain on getting a 6950 2g video card, 8 megs ram and using 1 24" monitor. I do not have plans of doing dual cards with this comp. But I might want to in a couple years.

Here are the motherboards I am looking at. I will be using newegg.com pricing but will look around once I have picked mobo. I am leaning towards a Z68 mobo. I wanted to stay under $150 but then I want to get something that can be overclocked and I dont have to worry about it.

$240 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...SI%20Z68A-GD80

$160 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...20Z68X-UD3H-B3

$200 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131730

Any suggestions would be great.

the P8P67 Pro is probably the most recommended sandy bridge mobo out there. I'm sure it would suit your needs just fine. I personally got a gigabyte z68 board, because of aesthetics. If you need to use onboard graphics or the intel ssd caching then go with a z68 board.

edit: just realized you posted the P8Z68 not the P67, still highly recommended board and will definitely suit your needs
