the deluxe motherboard aint worth it in my opinion so just stick with the Pro.

cooler I would go for Coolermaster Hyper 212+ if your on a budget or Nocta D14 if you are not.

the dirt 3 edition had dual fans so might be better if you gonna OC the card

Yeah its looking good, the 2500k and the 6950 will be a good match.
plus you have option to unlock the 6950 so you will have a pretty powerful rig that can handle any game out there atm

if you got spare cash then get a OCZ Vertex 2 60GB SSD for your OS as that will make a very big difference in speed.

thanks bro one more questions why not the NZXT Havik? i saw it on some benches and it's cool and seems to run pretty quiet plus the fans are sexy and doesn't block the ram slots unlike the D14 which is scary big

Don't get the deluxe one it's a waste of money. For the 1155 motherboards, just get something cheap and have features you need because any of them will get you to a nice 4.6-4.7 ghz overclock. Put the money saving into 2 6870's and you will see much more performance.

take some measurements first as it is quite a big cooler.
main thing is your case and RAM clearance.

i have checked the noctua website about the ram compatibility and it they said it will fit and i have saw someone's build log using the RV02 and D14 since the RV02 looks like the FT02 from inside then i guess i'm alright
