Right, an HP isn't overclockable (locked BIOS). I've tried even software overclocking on one once just to see if it could, but it crashed. I only set it 100MHz more but I guess it doesn't like any OC at all.

As said you may as well get a new motherboard if you plan on overclocking along with an aftermarket cooler, stock heatsink won't get too far.
