What is the best coolant i think i am going with primochill pc ice but i have heard otherwise

BTW: what is pt nuke i always hear about it
post #2 of 11
Distilled water and a kill coil or PT Nuke. The other coolants with dye in it will slowly break down and build up on your blocks and in your rad.

why would they break down?

I am worried that if it leaks distilled water will ruin anything

Pc ice is non conductive it doesnt damage components

Also there is clear with no dye but what does dye do to affect parts?

All coolants over time become conductive.

Feser says their coolant isn't conductive but it is.
Distilled water is much less conductive then feser's coolant (this includes pretty much all of them(including other brands))

@ OP "non conductive" is BS ..it will become conductive over time distilled or any other coolant period ,if you want the best Pre-mixed get TC EC6 or Nanoxia;

I only use distilled and silver (no problem at all )but if i was going the pre-mixed route this is what i would roll

EDIT ; if you clean your RADs ,etc and bleed properly once per year, you don't have to do it for about 12 months,good luck

Good idea. Even distilled is recommended to change every 6 months or so. Honestly, I have no clue why but ill do it anyways, lol.

Distilled water or antifreeze

Distilled water is better

Actually, I've ran fesser in one of my builds. I redid the loop to take it out of my case while my new one was in the mail. I drained the loop, filled it, and I assumed there would be no leaks. I woke up at 2 in the morning to the sound of my pump making a large squeaking noise. Water was all over my motherboard. Nothing happened, was still running. That was 6 month of feser
