"Hey guys, I've been having some FPS issues in LoL ever since I "upgraded" my pc.
Ok, so what I did was I wanted a fresh start so I restored my pc to its factory settings and had been running vista.
My pc came with vista and a windows 7 updrade. I had not used the upgrade and figured it was about time I did.

I didn't think it would make much of a difference but I thought it kind of strange that the DX version he is using is one that his card doesn't support.
