Question - 800D with Triple Rad - Page 2

So am I getting this right, a RX360 is enough for a CPU + 2 GPU blocks?

Man, now I'm having second thoughts about adding an additional RX240 I bought to my loop when my GPU blocks arrive... I'd rather go for the cleaner look. I may even just get a RX480, mod the top, and sell both RX360 and RX240.

You could probably get the 240mm in the base quite easily.. It won't be a bad thing having more rads, might get better temps.

You can keep the clean look by mounting the 240 in the bottom of the case, easy mod too! I managed to fit a Thermochill 120.3 there too, but i used a psu extender.

I had to prove another user wrong after he said you couldn't put a push/pull set up on a RX360 inside a 800d.

Happen to have the convo for that, I'd like a laugh

That's where I was planning on putting the RX240 but I don't want to route the tubing through the divider. I'd route the tubing out behind the motherboard. But if a RX360/RX480 is enough for CPU + 2 GPU blocks I may scrap the project.

I'm with you, I think I am going to sell the 655-B w/dress up kit I just bought, my waterfall res from cyberdruid, and buy the RX480 and keep the 1 655 I already have. So much cleaner.

As long as you have good fans, and maybe a controller you should be ok. I average 40c in the summer, with one 360 rad on this sig.

I have a 240gtx on the bottom and a 360gtx up top... here is a pic (a little outdated, have an AX1200 PSU now)

Here were the instructions I followed: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=81698

I'm actually replacing my EK Spin Bay Reservoir for a XPSC Dual Bay D5 res. Can anyone confirm that a RX360/RX480 is enough for my setup? i7 970 4.2 HT on and 2 570s.
