Even zerg players don't believe zerg requires micro.

Protoss is the easiest race to master..

Zerg requires unreal Macro and micro... hardest race by far..

Terran is the hardest to macro from but needs the most micro....

The game isnt' balanced yet... Terrran /zerg >>> Protoss. there's a reason why majority of the best players in the world (GSL code S league) are terran or zerg... Ghost EMp is too over powered against Protoss.

I say stick to Warcraft 3...Starcraft 2 is less about micro and more about macro aka building as many bases as possible in the fastest time possible and hoping that you can overpower your opponent with numerical superiority.

At the highest level in Korea sure. But we're not talking about at a pro level here. Even the top NA pros still have trouble dealing with toss's late game.

I'm saying for beginners. Obviously all three races are difficult to play once you get the hang of it. It's easier to get into SC2 as a new comer by playing Protoss than any other race.

Terran is the easiest race to start out with, imo.

The support for the game is quite extensive and no doubt you'll find the communtiy dedicated, so I think you should just go for it and try out the races for yourself. They each have different ways of approaching a given instance and a way of thinking behind it.
