The game isnt' balanced yet... Terrran /zerg >>> Protoss. there's a reason why majority of the best players in the world (GSL code S league) are terran or zerg... Ghost EMp is too over powered against Protoss.

Zerg "micro" is more like split army send speed lings one way to flank A-move.
Mutas have some nice micro and burrowed roaches and infesters kind of require micro i suppose BL's require good positioning and moving back and forth a fair bit but I'd hardly call zerg micro intensive.
Thats said at the highest level T seems pretty unbeatable right now. give it a month and P players will stop playing like greedy idiots and start coming up with some more interesting and effective strats.

Z will evolve to better deal with bfh and 2 rax pressure and then T will look weak for one season and step up their game rinse repeat, games evolving so fast right now that making any statement about balance is premature imo. That said I think T's insane versatility resilience to cheese and strength scaling so well through out the game is the reason for their dominance at the top level of play.
