Do you plan on doing SLI? The GTX 560 Ti works great in SLI. If you're looking for more power in the future, I would recommend the GTX 570 with the future upgrade to SLI. Cheers

Get the Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 - it's more reliable, runs at a lower voltage, and I believe it's cheaper. Also, like the above poster said, GTX560Ti SLI is great but if you're looking to somewhat future-proof I would get a 570 or 580.

Other than the above, your build looks solid. I'm not familiar on the water cooling but if you're aiming for at least 5GHz, it's definitely going to be a safer bet than air cooling, especially with your room temperatures.

That's a solid build honestly. I'm not sure if you can get the Rasa water kits in Argentina or not. But that would be worth looking into (along with better tubing). Otherwise, you'll either want high end air or a modded Corsair / Antec sealed loop. At stock, they're not too great. You'll want a push / pull with shrouds on those, and even then a high end air cooler will beat them.

yes i can, but idk, too much work also its not in my city, i would have to buy it in another city and get it shipped, the other day i went into a market and there was a guy who told me he had his 2600k with a venomous x at 5ghz with max of 70°

You could go either way then. Personally I'd just get one 570 or 580 (depending on how much you want to spend) rather than deal with the potential headaches (not to mention increased heat, clutter, etc.) of SLI.

You don't want a 1.65v ram kit. Look for something that's 1.5v.

Either will be a solid card choice honestly. You should be able to max out almost all games with a 560Ti or a 570. The higher up you go, the more raw power you've got for high end games like Crysis 2, Crysis 1, Metro 2033, and similar. But for regular games that AREN'T system killers, the standard 560Ti is more than enough.

Do NOT get the regular GTX560. You want the GTX560Ti. The regular GTX560 is basically a GTX460 1GB (it has some slight differences but not much).
