This water good ?

I need water in my water cooling system I heard distilled water is good but what about the following it does not say it's distilled but says it's been through a 11 stage filtration system whatever that means here's the link:

Yes that water is fine, very good infact ,

+ pt nuke and a kill coil and your good to go

Yes am every where I don't think I can get pt nuke will kill coil do ?

You can use a silver coil by itself. There's no need for pt nuke if you're using silver. They both do the same thing, silver just lasts longer. So yeah, just use a silver coil.

Yes, It's fine - But, a fine tip i will give you - Please use grammar. All I saw was a run-on sentence, and it gets annoying. Really, really, REALLY Annoying.

I Use Both, I just popped the coil in the RES i dont like the look of them in the tube, not as effective in the res, I wasnt gunna bother useing it.

Anything else you need help/advise on sir?

Thank you yes about draining if I use a ball valve I would need 2 ball valves right? Because one ball valve can shut only one side of the water flow but what about the other? Because you have to make sure both sides of the tubing are shut off first.
