Actually....I was there.

This is not a street side brawl that you are re-testifying about in court. This is written fact that can not be swayed or changed.

Whether or not he is a beta tester or a defender of all that is OCZ (and they exist everywhere, that's why the term fanboy has become so endearing, so get over it because you'll see them everywhere) two seperate admins asked you to stop mentioning him, which you could not.

Blind rage is stupid rage, unfortunately it seems like you're mouth flies much faster then your reason. Had you the wisdom to use your words to your advantage you may have been able to make something more appealing happen through your posts.....as it stands I foresee you being angry about similar topics many times in your life to come.

Even if the user's post was not properly worded, the action taken by OCZ should never be directed at a customer in such fashion. They've lost my business as well.

No, not paying them. Paid them, if the warranty did not cover the problems you are experiencing. Or, your warranty is past the expiration date. They owe you nothing.

You've got things reversed my friend.
No he's got things perfectly right...

I don't like AMD, so I don't buy from them

I don't like Acer Support, so I don't buy from them

your only doing this to yourself, just because you bought their product doesn't mean everything's going to be fixed just because you want it to be, and just because you have an issue doesn't mean everyone does, so just accept the fact that you did all this to yourself.

That's just a market slogan, because no, their not always right. Just because they don't know or understand something doesn't make it the companies fault, not that I'm implying that logic here but i'm just saying.
