It could be a bust O ring on a big block .i.e round the back of the gpu where you wont see.

most likely air.

I had a drop of close to 100ml after 10 days of running my loop...no slow leaks detected (and I was using color-change paper near all areas that could leak)

....8 months later, still going strong.
