Silver Arrow vs Venomous X Black - Page 2

Sounds like h80/h100 would work for your needs. There's also the antec kuhler 920 if that's available to you for any cheaper.

cant get noctua or antec kuhler h100 wont fit my case

SA vs h80 vs ven x

if h80 has the same performance than sa i think im going to go with h80 its nicer and what about noise?
also, are those enought for what i want to do?
Self-contained WC like the H80 has the same performance with top-end air coolers in general.Their main advantage over air coolers, especially dual-tower ones (NH-D14 or SA) is that they don't have memory compability issues.Meaning you can use all RAM slots with high RAM (Corsair Dominator GT/Vengeance) without worrying about the cooler takes up some RAM slots. Unless you want to drop the cash for a proper water cooling setup, just stick with air. Well the H80 is noisy if it is performing at maximum speed with stock fans but you won't hear a thing with SA. I would recommend SA. And they are absolutely enough for 5 GHZ

SA vs H80

i dont really care about the price a lot i just want to be happy with it, custom WC its too much work, i want something easy

lol, well i have the venXB and i would still say get the silver arrow or the H80
whatever you can get cheaper, dont get me wrong, the venX is awesome, but you DO want a high clock and the SA or H80 should do better

and yeah, i feel you on the prices (im from panama)
so are you going to buy it locally or are you going to order it online and have it shipped to you?

EDIT: you say the noctua will not fit your case... im guessing you are talking about the D14... if that does not fit the SA would not fit either.... so i guess you would have to go with the H80

traduccion: hi, i was saying d14 its not in argentina, im going to buy here in a store who sells corsair and thermalright (or something like that lol)

What case do you have? The SA is the best choice IMO but like others have said it and the D14 are very big.

English: great case! if they have the SA get it, since that case (like almost every lian li) have great airflow
