Silver Arrow vs Venomous X Black - Page 3

SA is better by 2-3 Ć and by noise let me give you a little comparsion:
Fan airflow: H80: 46-92 CFM SA: 69 CFM
Fan noise level: H80: 22-39 dbA SA: 19dbA
If you don't care about noise at gaming at benching, neither for money and if you want that your case would look more nicer then go for H80. Otherwise take SA. I would also suggest SA. Also some Dominators have the ability to screw off the cooling radiators.

Dominators wont fit under the SA unless you use Pull/Pull configuration with the top heat spreaders removed. If you don't plan on seriously OC'ing your ram get low profile instead.

ya, the fans that come with the SA are really good in both performance and noise. The h80 and other self contained watercoolers can get close to SA in performance but at much higher noise level. Are you gonna be showing off the insides of you computer anyways? If not, there won't be much point with internal aesthetics.

Amazing cooler. Pics to follow.
I was debating the H80 as well but ended up going SA for the extra few degrees. Its a bit tricky to install but looks/works great in the end. My vengeance ram is the 2nd and 4th slots on my p8p67 pro and it doesn't reach as over as far as the 2nd slot. If I upgrade ram i'll take the heat spreaders off, I have enough case airflow that I doubt they'll overheat anyway.
