Not using all cores?

Having had a time to play around on my netbook, I installed Bonic on my sig rig but Enigma@home is not using all my cores on my 2600K, its only got one task running where as my netbook has two, one for each core/thread. Did I miss up somewhere?

In the "Preferences", make sure it is set to 100% of the processors & 100% CPU Time under the "Processor" Tab.

Also good idea to set "Write to disk at most every xxx" to 60 or 600 seconds... under the "Disk" Tab. Also check the "Use at most" settings for the memory... mine set at 90%.
