If your temps hold during prime95 stress testing, then you will definitely be fine. Pretty much nothing out there stresses the CPU continuously as much as P95 does. Holding at temps like 45 is pretty good. Good luck with the OC. I have the same chip and mobo so I'm probably going to try the steps here too

I had my 1090T @ 4.2GHZ with Northbridge @ 2800mhz. CPU Voltage was 1.49-1.53 and NB Voltage was 1.36.

Disabled turbo core and sometimes I disable the SnQ mode

Yeah definitely, I overclocked the cpu to 3.8ghz without changing any of the voltages.
I ran p95 for about an hour and nothing crashed.
Holding temperatures around 60c.
I'm probably going to run it overnight while monitoring the temperatures tonight to make sure everything is in fact stable.
