Cable sleeving issue

Thread Starter
So I am just about done sleeving my HX750 with the stuff FTWPC sent me and it looks great! My only problem is that I looked at the connectors for my 8 pin pci-e (the ones that go to the psu) and on each one (out of 4) the empty pin hole is in a different spot! How should I go about troubleshooting this issue? If anyone could grab pics that would be great. On a side note I broke a pin off a wire on the 24 pin I'll have to fix that tomorrow.

Here is a preview pic for everyone (Bad cellphone pic)

EDIT: Don't QQ about the sli bridge, I didn't want to lose it so I just stuck it on

Ah, that sounds scary.. I'd be terrified of turning my system on after sleeving

Does that help at all? It gives you an idea of what the header should look like

My pci-e headers are 8 pin from the psu to a 6+2. it doesn't help that corsair made all the wires black.

The 8pin there should still be exactly the same. But no, it doesn't help that they made the wires black. You need an engineering diagram or something like that, maybe flick Corsair an email (Without mentioning you sleeved the PSU)?

If that is the connector that connects to the psu, then that clears up my confusion about where the empty pin hole is. I just need to figure out which ones should be 12v and which should be ground. Voltmeter time! Can someone confirm that this is correct?
