For Air: MX3/4, Shin Etsu, Indigo Extreme, but generally most are within 2c of eachother and how you apply it and what method is more important.
I myself am using Noctua NT-H1, it does the job well and is easy to apply.

For Sub Zero: All I can really think of is Artic Ceramique.

It's not very popular but I bought a tube to try it out and it seems to work a little better on load than mx-4. There are a couple reviews out there on it.
