Kick it back to around the 1.45, check the boot, and temps, then try and run prime95 for a few hours, if prime doesnt get any errors its fairly stable, and you can either try pushing more fsb / multi and see how far you get before it doesnt boot or you get prime errors.. or start lowing the Vcore and keeping the same overlock. The lower the V the better. :3
Edit, whenever looking at coretemp using CoreTemp / AMD Overdrive or anything similar. ALWAYS add around +15C to the shown Core. I'm running a stable 4.0GHz OC at the moment with temps of 21C + 15C .. so 36C.
