As a sony tech support agent, i bet Netflix tech support don't even know what Folding is. Hell, they do not even know to connect a Blu-Ray to a TV (and with HDMI to boot). Once i got a call from them because a customer's laptop had a "virus" called "BOINC Manager" and it was "trying to connect to the internet"
(it ended as the customer's "geeky" son had installed it but didn't fully configured it
I do Hulu from time to time, and while folding i had this same problem. What i did was lower the priority of F@H core to the lowest possible on Advanced tab in the client Configuration (right click the F@H icon on the taskbar), then lowered CPU usage to half the bar. It still keeps on skipping a bit, but it's only noticeable if you are really looking for it.
You could always try other browser, and raising the browser's own priority on the task manager. Other than that, i ran out of ideas Edited by Starbomba - 8/9/11 at 4:17pm
