if that is at the free edition performance setting, i think its around the correct spot for a 560 ti.

Don't even waste your time w/3dMark06. It's entirely CPU-bound, and you don't have that fast a CPU so you're not going to compete with people who have i7's and the like. But who cares ... it's old and it runs at 1280x1024 with minimal or no AA. It's a meaningless test, basically because you're never going to play a game using those settings.

3dMark11 looks about right for a stock 560ti I think. That's around what I get w/my 470 at stock I believe, and they're very comparable cards in 3dMark11 performance.

It would serve you well to OC that CPU if you can pull it off with that board, though. Because there are a few games out there where your FPS will suffer noticeably running that card w/a stock q6600. It was great CPU for it's time but it's getting long in the tooth at this point, and gfx cards have gotten SOOO much faster since it came out.

Ive managed to overclock it to 3GHz with ease. Unfortunately the top motherboards i look at are so expensive its cheaper for me in the long term to spend that money on either a 2500k or a sandybridge motherboard. I have Hydro cooling as well.

From a few reviews (guru3d, overclock3d, tweaktown) of the Gigabyte GTX560 Ti SOC, the 3DMark11 P score should be in range of 4800 to 5200 (vs stock reference GTX560 Ti 's 4300).

So, it seems your P score (4300) is quite low.
