Like everybody else is saying, your scores are low due to your cpu. Overclocking my i7 920 from stock to 4.2 nets me ~1000 points.
To really compare your scores to others, what's your graphics score?

To compare to my single GTX 470 @ 750/1800 my card gets 5235 graphics score with the newest 280.26 drivers.

Your GTX 560 Ti should be around this if you have it overclocked.

At stock settings that score is fine.
