the thing is, if my pc bsod's in any situation, it's not stable, and i can't live with that, it's like some kind of OCD, i NEED to know my vcore is at absolute minimum but i NEED to know it's completely stable, i'd call it the overclocker bug

what if a game some day comes along that needs to compute wholely 1344 FFT's without fail? (ie. prime 95) i can't live with an unstable overclock

there's also the fact i cant enter the stable club because it wont pass 12hours without luck
Like I said, objective is getting it stable NOT trying to make it fail, and that is what you are doing unintentionally.

Do me a favour and post all your BIOS settings and we can take it from there. I'll surely help you get it to the 12hour mark and then finally you can enter the club

i'm in the club already, technically, because i posted a screenshot of a 14hour blend pass, but i ran it recently and those settings failed at the 10hour mark, so it mustve been luck, and that annoys me,

what setting are you after specifically, the only thing that seems to affect my overclock is more vcore,

oh right and did you change anything from your stable settings? Sometimes corrupted OS and third-party things like driver and softwares can affect stability. By the way did you run a custom blend or a standard blend when you submitted to my club?

I wouldn't call it luck, if you passed once you should pass again unless you changed something in the BIOS or in the OS.

The vcore page and cpu configuration settings.

it was a standard blend run, passed it 14 hours the first time but when i loaded the config from bios and ran it again it failed at the 10 hour mark,

all i can say about my config is that all voltages are "stock" except the vcore,

i have most things on auto/default voltages because they never made a difference with stability, ie. the phase control (optimized), and vrm frequency (auto), ram is stock and passes memtest

currently testing without c1e/c3/c6/speedstep,

an offset of +0.010 has made it 1344 FFT stable for 2 hours now whereas before it would bsod 101 or 124 /throw an error (at +0.005)

load voltage fluctuates between 1.344 and 1.352, LLC is at high, so unloaded voltage is like 1.36 or something

it really is a vcore issue, im convinced, yet i can put energy savings on, and offset -0.070 and pass the old intelburntest with ease......prime is a lot harder

-Internal CPU PLL Overvoltage = Enabled

-Intel Turbo Boost Tech. = Disabled
-CPU Enhancement Halt (C1E) = Disabled
-C3/C6 State Support = Disabled
-CPU Thermal Monitor = Disabled
-CPU EIST Function = Disabled
-Multi-Steps Load-Line = Level 6

-Vcore manually set at 1.295
-Downclocked 2133 RAM to 1866
-Manually set RAM voltage to 1.505 (Regularly at 1.500)
I guess you are using Gigabyte's mobo. But for the Asus p67 mobo, people tend to enble C1, C3, C6 state, EIST, Turbo boost. Is there any difference?

When using offset its best to turn OFF c3/c6 on the Asus and the Asrock boards.

i guess we can call this stable? almost 15hours of a 1344FFT with 3gigs of ram...

just took quite a lot of vcore bumps which im not too happy about considering i can do 50 IBT runs with it at 1.31volts, it loads between 1.344 and 1.352 now, and idles at 1.376, but ill enable the c states now and it should be perfectly fine

dont know what else i can do besides leaving the vcore that high
