A really good idea but, other costs //will// be associated in the long run.
I think for risky games, like Brink etc., I think it servers a purpose.
No longer you have to pay $59.99 for a digital copy you're forever stuck with.

You got the idea.

Wouldn't you just be rushing through all your games though? Unless I was a speedrunner, I'm not sure I'd be able to fully enjoy my games that way.

I can't access that page for some reason, but does it say single player and multiplayer or is it single player games only?

No details. Article is pretty vague. Guess we have to wait for beta.

Correct me if im wrong but if all the major devs support this wouldnt this pretty much kill steam and other dd? I can play every PC I want for 10$ a month, I can even keep playing the same mp games for 10$ a month. Since DD services like Steam do not provide you with a physical copy and you technically do not own the game but steam does why would anybody use them? I see this this service having a very limited selection of games but we will see.

Limited selection or not at least I'll be able to play more pc games without blowing cash on them. I bought the original witcher special edition and I couldn't get into it. So thats 10 bucks wasted and this has happened before with newer pc games. So by getting the chance to play even some games on pc rather then console I think I'll really enjoy that. The big 3 games I'm looking forward to like BF3, Space Marine and Skyrim probably wont be avalible right away but rather then have to suffer through them on console I'll get to try them on my pc and not have to worry about wasted cash if I don't enjoy them.

not only that I'm too lazy to look for cracks and I'm sure other people are as well. I currently pay 23.99 for 2 games out and I really only need 1 game out I would probably go back down to the 14.99 price if I could be playing unlimited pc games.
