Theres your difference

That doesn't show a difference in motion clarity. All that shows is how you need a larger size display with an HDTV compared to an older 4:3 TV to get the same size when viewing 4:3 content.

Threads like this makes me want to check my eyesight.
I just can't tell the difference between my 60hz and my 120hz while playing games.
I can see the difference in desktop when i'm moving stuff around if i'm trying HARD to look for it. Other then that I feel like selling my GD235HZ.

I loved CRT they certainly provide superior motion performance but I became discouraged when my FW900 died last year, Almost every CRT ive owned has quit working (All Sony models, 19" G400 , 21" G520P ,24" FW900 , 32" 32HS510 HDTV CRT) The only one left is a 34" Sony 34XBR960 CRT HDTV which is now 4 years old and still going strong but Ive decided to move on to LCD for PC simply because finding a *new* CRT is rare these days.

If you're looking for the closest to CRT quality in an HDTV then go Plasma. Ive been gaming on one for 3 1/2 years and while the motion clarity isnt up to CRT standards its certainly better than any LCD ive seen.

Not all CRTs are 4:3.

There are some very nice 16:10 CRTs.

I'm on the last of my 3 Hitachi Superscan Pro 21's. Don't relish the thought of finding a new one after this one goes.
