Going from ATX to mATX, need suggestions.

I have been tempted for a while about changing back to a mATX case since I upgraded my rig and need help deciding which case to take.

What I want:
-Good airflow
-Fit standard ATX PSU
-Sub 100$
-At least 1 external 3.5 bay
-Something that doesn't sound like a turbine
-Must be on Newegg.ca but may try other websites.

What doesn't matter:
-Cable management
-Look
-Size
-Fan controller (will get this instead)

I was looking at the InWin DragonSlayer but if anything else that is good I will consider them too. Also, I can recycle my 2 120mm fans from my tower and some 80 and 120mm laying around I can throw in.

popular choices are the mini cases by fractal, the ft03, and some lian-li cases other that that nothing is too good

The NZXT vulcan is also used a lot just because of all the compatibility and the sub-$100 price tag. Also the airflow is pretty good.

But the cases that RagingThunder said are also really good.

-NZXT Vulcan
-Silverstone FT-03
-Silverstone TJ-08
-Fractal Design Arc Mini
-Fractal Design Define Mini
-Lian Li PC-V354B
-Lian Li PC-V600FB

Yeah I know they are all on newegg.com instead of .ca and some of them don't fit your requirements. Just wanted to give you a rundown on the popular ones right now for mATX.

Having the Ft03. the case is great. But the tj-03b-e would be my next choice, for the drives. The Ft03 does require a slim drive and they are costly.

Bottom~
2x 120mm fans on bottom (will require fiddling with the placement since it is very close to the case stands)
Top~
2x 140mm or 120mm fans OR 3x 140mm or 120mm fans (if you are willing to give up the IO ports)

Just use a hole saw to mod the fan holes. But if you have access to a water jet, use that. In case of a screw up, use a rad grill to cover up the ugly bits.

Fan setup:
Bottom~
Intake
Top~
Exhaust
Back~
Intake
Front~
Exhaust

Your GPU(s) will have their own channel of air, your CPU/Mobo will have their own channel of air and your PSU will have its own channel of air, its a win win win win situation.

Here lies the problem: I live in Canada. Newegg discontinued every NZXT products out here and many other ones too. If I would go on a modding spree I would have a go with this one maybe. I like the plain n' simple look.

Silverstone has come up with a interesting new MATX/MITX. No idea on the price or where you can get your hands on it at.

New Silverstone case

EDIT:
Hey OCN has a club for this case
It's a club

the cheapest Silverstone is 100$ and it doesn't have an external 3.5 bay for my fan controller.

But concerning modding, would the Rosewill I posted in the last message would be practical?
It does have an external 3.5. It is at the bottom of the case.
