Most recent: v1.1.4 (8/11/2011)
All downloads located here

Previous versions (Click to show)
***If you are on Vista or 7 you may need to run the program as an administrator else you will get "Access is denied" errors.***
In versions 1.1.4 and above you will get a reminder to run the program as an administrator if it detects that you are not one.

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT A VIRUS! As of late it is getting detected as a false positive by a lot of antiviruses because it makes registry modifications. Add an exception to your antivirus software and it will work without problems.
If you are still insecure, copy+paste the DOS code beneath into a *.bat file and run it from there.

Changelog
v1.1.4: Enhanced administrator check feature compatibility.
v1.1.3 (unreleased): Implemented better handling of > nul pipeline, user interface improvements.
v1.1.2: Added administrator check feature.
v1.1.1 (unreleased): Added "current status" (ULPS enabled/disabled) feature.
v1.1.0: Added tons of new code. New feature: report current ULPS status.
v1.0.4: Minor code organizational changes.
v1.0.3: Modified user input to recognize blank inputs and respond with an error.
v1.0.2: Reorganization of the Instructions menu.
v1.0.1: Tons of bug fixes.

ULPS Configuration Utilty
A standalone, DOS-based utility with a user interface for both enabling ULPS and disabling ULPS. For those who are too lazy to find the registry key or don't want to mess around with the registry.

This utility automatically changes the value of the EnableUlps value in your registry to either enable or disable ULPS.

In addition, you can back up and restore your ULPS registry key as a portable .reg file.

*Does not require installation*

Automated enable/disable ULPS application:
Run it once and it will enable/disable. There is no user interface.
Download Enable ULPS
Download Disable ULPS

Downloads are also available in the attachments.

This program was written in DOS batch file code.
Click below to read the entire code.

If you'd prefer to run the program as a batch file (if you believe I stuck malware into the .exe) feel free to copy + paste the text below and put it in a .bat file.

ECHO -Error: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value.

Some overclicking utilities had this option equipped like Trixx but I don't meant to break it here for you.

It's always nice to have quick tool to disable it for those who don't like using Trixx.
