That's a neet looking case. It looks very sturdy, and that means a good platform to mod.

It worked on my 8800GT, might as well try it on the 9800GTX if it doesn't work anyways. Maybe microbreaks happened during shipping lolz

Yeah, it's solid as hell. I just wish it was a bit longer though, I can't fit in this graphics card and my hard drives at the same time.

Baking it reflows the solder that may have been 'un-flowed' if the GPU ever overheated.

Whats wrong with AS5?

AS5 is conductive and there's a bunch of capacitors that would get shorted if I used it. Thankfully, I got some tubes of Shin-Etsu TIM today. And some other stuff. Which I will post later.

Leave now. If you don't know, then don't advise someone. I am getting sick of this. It is NOT electrically conductive, it is slightly capacitive.

My bad, I misspoke after not having needed to recall the fact after many years since I haven't had to bother with the AS5 problem for years. Regardless of if it's conductive or not, AS5 being capacitive will have an affect on the capacitors because it holds a charge.

Nothing really related to my case today, just more free stuff I got. That will come soon, hopefully. I wish I had a dremel and not just a jigsaw and some hole drill things.

Anyways, my first batch of stuff. The Shin-Etsu is great and I needed it too. Perfect timing to use on my 8800GT. Turns out my 8800GT is 256MB though. More pictures on my testing overclocking build in a bit, as a side project until my case cutting comes around.

An Intel Engineering sample. I was really excited when I first got it, but it ended up just being a P4 631. I really should have paid attention to the year of production, hahaha.

Another batch of stuff. Enough RAM to make a workstation and a 9800GT.

Why the hell did someone throw this away? Really? :/

Got 4 of these.

... Now I know why someone threw this 9800GT away.

That's it for now, folks. Wish I had a case related update, but still been busy with stuff. I need to get an 8-pin CPU extension too
Post some more soon.
