I will be brief: NZXT Havik 140 is an excellent cooler! It is the most effective CPU cooler today, and it doesn’t yield even to Thermalright Archon. However, unlike its powerful competitor, Havik 140 is more compact in size and costs less ($70 vs. almost $100), although Thermalright product is definitely more popular in the market today.

This cooler is looking more and more enticing...

It may be similar, but it's quite smaller. And cheaper. Which is awesome.

tweaktown did one a while ago which also had it tops, but there are other reviews out there that don't have it nearly so good.

In fact http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1643/8/

has it pretty middle of the pack, seems strange as usually you see more consistency across review sites with regards to cpu cooling performance

According to this Vortez review, there are still a number of coolers that beat it but it's a good first try by NZXT.

H20 for $70? In Europe, I don't think you can get a proper watercooling kit for the price of the Havik.

If you mean the likes of Corsair and Antec, then I'd argue the Havik is still better than them.
