Using the A900's right now (got them a few days ago) and I can safely say they sound amazing. That is all I am sure you want to hear, so there is my opinion on that.

Went ahead and ordered the Sennheiser HD 598's and the FiiO E7. Amazon says they will be here tomorrow, Gotta love Prime! Thanks guys!

This is not necessarily true. The HD598 has only 50 ohms of impedance and the AD900 has 35 ohms of impedance. They can be driven by basically everything. It's nice that the OP went with an amp, though. An amp will definitely help, but not having one in this instance isn't much of a hindrance.
