Motherboard for i7-2600k/i7-2600 help

Thread Starter
I'm building a computer for gaming and video editing(mostly) and was wondering what motherboard will be best for it. The components i already have are:

ASUS ENGTX560 TI
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121425
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB DDR3 1600
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314
850w power supply

I'll be purchasing either a i7-2600K or i7-2600 (which is better for my needs?)
and i need a motherboard to go with this. I have about $250 to spend. Lower would be better. Thanks in advanced

The main difference is the number of video card slots and x1 slots.
The Asus P8P67 WS Revolution mobo is when you want to use multiple video cards. It has a NF200 chipset to increase PCIe speeds (adds additional 16x PCIe speed). It will do 16x/16x or x8 across all four PCIe slots when populated. You can just use a P8P67 Pro or Deluxe instead of the WS.

I might do a an upgrade in the future so i think i should purchase a board thats upgradable. How about this gigabyte board?
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128505
It has a 20 GB solid state disk. And also is there a real difference in the processors? Will either be better than the other for video editing?

Get the 2600K. No point in wasting money on the unlocked one.

I agree.

On the Gigabyte mobo, it looks like a nice setup. I really haven't checked into the Z68 chipset boards much, but the SSD feature seems neat.
