What are the prices in Egypt?

If you are planning to unlock cores, then either is a bad choice. the MSI uses a 4+1 setup, however it is known for catastrophic fiery deaths on unlocked quad cores at stock or fairly low voltage. The ASUS uses a 3+1 setup, unsuitable for higher TDP quad cores, and it will throttle the CPU protectively at full load causing loss of performance due to inability to handle the current/temperature. However, the presence of throttling will make the ASUS safer to use.

Ok. You will need some VRM on either mobo and the Asus would be better overall.

I have the G45, it treats me right, OC genie works, bumped from 2.8 to 3.5 with no problems. IMO if you are going to get an MSI i would recommend the G-55. However, One suggestion is that you should definitely not skimp on a new motherboard.
