PSU dead. Help me choose new PSU

Thread Starter
My vantec ion 2+ dead and I'm thinking about buying new PSU . Between these 4 (available stock at my place), which one have the best in term of reliability and quality . Hopefully it can withstand for 24/7 operation (coz I'm use my rig for folding ) with OC'ed i7 920 and GTX 580 and last longer.....

1. Corsair Gold AX 850 Professional Series
2. Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold M800
3. SILVERSTONE STRIDER GOLD 850W
4. Seasonic X 850 80+ Gold

Which one is the best and last longer ?

AX850 is my pick

Can handle with ease two of your Zotac 580s.

If in doubt check JohnnyGuru (one of the best, if not the best, PSU testing websites) for reviews and you'll see that corsair's is the best of that list.

The best PSU on the market ATM.
Atlhough not the 850, this will give you an idea of how good the X850 is.

I'm not sure I agree with you Lord Xeb but, regardless of that, the CM and the Strider are not so good if compared with that Seasonic and the Corsair.

I would go with the AX850. I just bought the TX750 from Corsair and I am really loving it, completely silent and not as likely to bust into flames like my old one.
