Rampage III Extreme The Q-LED of the CPU is on

hi everyone
I have some issue with MOB Rampage III Extreme
it's the Q-LED of the CPU turn one
I try to remove the cpu and install it again and I get the same issue

Check the socket on the mobo to see if any pins are bend, cleared the C-MOS, tried the 2nd BIOS. If all else fails RMA it.

I just change the CPU to i7 930 and it's worked!
