Thread Starter
I am looking for a mouse that will last a long time and that works well for both FPS (CS:S & TF2) and RTS (SC2)... I also use the Razer Goliathus Control Edition mouse pad, just so you can also think about which mouse's sensor would be better equipped...

They're both excellent mice, the question is just what size mouse do you want? The mico is a very small mouse, whereas the MX518 is a very large one.

mx 518 for palm/hybrid grip

mico for claw grip.

No you wont miss the side buttons. yes the mico feels amazing in your hand compared to these larger clumsy mice on the market.

Mico also has problems with 1800 DPI setting. I would choose depending on your grip style

I think you mean the 1600CPi step, and every mico skips pixels at that setting. If it doesn't bother you that's fine.
