League of Legends or TF2

Thread Starter
I know these are totally two differnt games. I just have a very small amount of bandwidth to d/l these. I want to ensure I use my d/l time wisely to download the right one. I've done some looking around and leaning towards TF2. I dought I'll be able to play online due to bandwidth issues, I just want to play the practice stuff for now just to give me something to do. Any suggestions or if you know of another fun free game to play please let me know. I'm into first person shooters, Strategy games and I played wow for years. Any suggestions would help.

Thanks

I love TF2, but on low bandwidth it might not be such a good idea. The practice mode is boring, and TF2 doesn't become really fun unless you're playing online with other people. Can't really speak for LoL's bandwidth usage - I consider it "Bad DotA," so I've stayed away.

League requires an internet connection to do anything...but i've never thought of doing anything offline. You have to log in so I figure it does.

Tf2 is fun but only if you play with a lot of your friends..

TF2 is fun, plus you can download custom maps.
LoL has lots of unlockables, might be the way to go if you like the style

If you want to play offline then both are very bad options.

Would there be any suggestions for Free Single Player games that are actually fun. I'm talking about that would at least fit in the same category as these games?
Agreed, they both suck offline. Id say try out LoL online and see if you lag and cant play. Else I would recommend trying to dl emulators/roms for whatever console games fits that descriptiom
