I literally just swapped out my board with the same exact model an hour ago and had to reactivate. When you right-click my computer and go to the system properties page, it said I have 3 days to activate. I wasn't able to activate online so I had to call the toll-free number to activate.
^ This = PITA. I phoned, waiting on hold for 20 minutes just to find out their servers were down and I had to call again. 48 digits to enter by phone before you talk to a rep, just to have a rep start asking for the digits again! M$ = Fail. No wonder ppl crack their software, its easier! I contemplated it even w/ my legit os...
