The first one is kinda.. I don't know. Might be bad if true, but not necessarily. However, the last two are nothing bad IMO. The graphics thing, devs already said PC version is much better looking on multiple circumstances, that is just marketing speech or something, and I really wouldn't mind even oblivion level graphics, just make the game good.
The third one. Is wrong. If you had watched the 40min skyrim quakecon video, you had realized that. They have removed classes, but that is the only thing they have done. Otherwise the skill system is more complex, and the way you control stuff while in combat is more complex as well. I dont' see much more in that article but the statement that they're gonna remove classes for the guys playing who are playing for the first time and might end up regretting their choice. That's it.
