cm 335 mod

i have been trying to put my head around this mod for the last week and i just can't seem to figure out a way to take 2 cooler master 335 elites and mod them into a cubic case. my issue how would i go out modding with a almost seamless look. I am basically trying to take the two cases and rivet them together. The side panels will be stock but then i have the front middle i/o plates next to eachother and i am going for a u2 ufo look i don't mind having the 5.25 bays but the usb and 3.5mm panels make it look tacky. any suggestions?

Couldn't you just remove the bezel and cover them with mesh to match the rest of the front panel? I have not seen one of these IRL, so I may be way off here.
